Explore the Magic Behind the Scenes at Viva Studios

This is a factual look at what a Viva Studio Rentals booking includes: the private facility, soundstage, support rooms, base package, load-in, and manager access.

Use the studio gallery and the details below to plan a shoot. Viva Studio Rentals books one production per day and gives it full and undivided use of the 4,500 sq ft facility during the booked window.

One Private Production Facility

The 4,500 sq ft facility includes a 2,000 sq ft soundstage, a 45 × 40 ft stage floor, a 25 × 25 ft pre-lit white cyc, a 200 sq ft green room, a 200 sq ft hair and makeup room, and 1,000 sq ft of flex space.

The facility also includes two kitchens, a client lounge, free on-site parking, high-speed internet, and a truck-height loading dock with an 8 × 10 ft door.

Included Equipment and Separate Rentals

The base package includes four Aputure Nova P300c lights, six C-Stands, ten sound blankets, apple boxes, tables, and chairs.

Cameras, lenses, and additional lighting and grip are available separately through Viva Camera, billed separately, with a fixed 25% studio-client discount.

Studio and Equipment Manager

Every booking includes direct access to a studio and equipment manager. This is facility and equipment support, not a full in-house production crew.

Bring the producer, director, camera, sound, art, and post-production crew the project requires. Clients who need a complete production and crew can be referred to Viva Media.

What to Arrange Separately

Props, set design, catering, cameras, lenses, specialty lighting, audio gear, production crew, and post-production are not part of the base studio package.

Confirm these needs before booking so the studio, equipment, load-in, and crew plan are clear.

Client Lounge and Support Spaces

The client lounge, two kitchens, green room, hair and makeup room, and flex space give the production separate areas for breaks, preparation, and staging away from the main stage.

Review these rooms in the studio gallery and confirm the planned use during a Tech Scout. The booking provides the facility; the production supplies its own creative and technical crew.

Planning the Rest of the Production

Viva Studio Rentals does not promise an in-house network for every production service. Arrange the crew and vendors the project requires, or ask for a referral to Viva Media when a complete production is needed.

Additional cameras, lenses, lighting, and grip are available through Viva Camera and billed separately. The production arranges any other vendors it needs.

Practical Facility Details

The stage ceiling is 18 ft, with the lighting grid at 13.5 ft. Technical electrical requirements are reviewed during the free Tech Scout; public amperage or circuit figures are not provided.

The studio is sound-treated, not soundproof. Ten sound blankets are included, and productions with critical audio should test the room during the Tech Scout.

Viva Studio Rentals provides a private production facility, included studio package, and direct manager access. Additional equipment, production crew, props, set design, catering, and post-production are separate.

Confirm the Facility Before Booking

Use the facility facts and included-package list to plan the shoot, then confirm unlisted needs before booking. One production receives full and undivided use of the facility during the booked window.

Review the studio gallery, then contact Viva Studio Rentals with the shoot date, crew size, load-in, equipment, and room requirements.
