What comes with the studio.
Viva Studio Rentals is a private content studio in Toronto. The 2,000 sq ft stage includes a 25 × 25 ft pre-lit white cyc. The stage is sound-treated, not soundproof.
For a batch-content plan, the facility has a 45 × 40 ft stage floor and a 25 × 25 ft pre-lit white cyc. Confirm each planned setup during a Tech Scout. Four Aputure Nova P300c lights and six C-Stands are included in the rate.
One production per day receives full and undivided use of the 4,500 sq ft facility during its booked window. Staffed hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and confirmed productions can arrange early, late, weekend, and overnight access.

Can I batch content in one Toronto studio booking?
Yes. The booking includes the pre-lit cyc, soundstage, flex space, support rooms, four Aputure Nova P300c lights, six C-Stands, ten sound blankets, apple boxes, tables, and chairs. One production per day receives full and undivided facility use during its booked window. Confirm the planned setups during a Tech Scout. Additional cameras, lenses, lighting, and grip are available from Viva Camera at a fixed 25% studio-client discount.

The 25 × 25 ft cyc is pre-lit and provides a seamless white background. The stage is sound-treated, not soundproof, so assess production audio during a Tech Scout.

Multiple looks in one booking
Use the 45 × 40 ft stage floor and 25 × 25 ft cyc for different setups during the booking. The green room, kitchens, and flex space remain available as support rooms.

Repeatable branded series
Four Nova P300c lights and six C-Stands are included for repeatable setups. Confirm any project-specific grid use and added fixtures during the Tech Scout.

Staging in the flex space
The booking includes 1,000 sq ft of flex space. Confirm the intended setup during a Tech Scout. Deliveries can use the truck-height loading dock and 8×10 ft door.

Rates are shown before HST. No deposit is required to hold the date. Additional equipment, overtime, and cyc repaints are billed separately.
