Viva Studio Rentals is a private Toronto production facility booked by one production per day, with full and undivided use of the facility during its booked window.
The 4,500 sq ft facility is at 777 The Queensway. Full day, half day, or the three-hour minimum: every booking includes full and undivided facility use during the booked window, the soundstage, pre-lit cyc, four Aputure Nova P300c lights, six C-Stands, ten sound blankets, apple boxes, tables, chairs, green room, hair and makeup room, flex space, two kitchens, lounge, truck-height load-in, parking, WiFi, and direct access to a studio and equipment manager.
Viva Camera is the equipment rental house at the same address. Studio clients receive 25% off cameras, lenses, lighting, and grip.

Studio rates and inclusions.
Before HST, Full Day is $1,200, Half Day is $750, and the three-hour minimum is $450. Each rate includes full and undivided facility use during the booked window, the cyc, four Aputure Nova P300c lights, six C-Stands, ten sound blankets, apple boxes, tables, chairs, support rooms, parking, load-in, and direct access to a studio and equipment manager. Optional gear, overtime, and cyc repaints are separate.

Your date is confirmed after you complete the online booking or sign a booking agreement. No deposit is required.

Staffed weekdays. Extended access by booking.
Staffed hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Confirmed productions can arrange early, late, weekend, and overnight access.

Viva Camera rents cameras, lenses, lighting, and grip at 25% off for studio clients. Clients who need a complete production and crew are referred to Viva Media.
