The short version.
Viva Studio Rentals started because producers needed a clear base package and a facility they could use without sharing the building.
So we built a 4,500 sq ft production facility at 777 The Queensway. Full day, half day, or the three-hour minimum: every booking includes exclusive use of the soundstage, pre-lit cyc, house lighting, basic grip, green room, hair and makeup room, flex space, two kitchens, lounge, truck-level load-in, parking, WiFi, and direct access to a studio and equipment manager.
We're also the team behind Viva Camera, the equipment rental house at the same address. Studio clients take 25% off cameras, lenses, lighting, and grip.
The aim is simple: clear rates, practical inclusions, and enough room to run a professional production day.

The price is the price.
Full Day $1,200, Half Day $750, Minimum $450. Each rate includes exclusive facility use, the cyc, house lighting, basic grip, support rooms, parking, load-in, and manager access. Optional gear, overtime, and custom cyc paint are separate.

No deposit holds your date.
Book online or send an inquiry, and the date is yours once you approve the quote. Viva Studio Rentals holds bookings without a deposit.

One production at a time.
You never share the building. The soundstage, green room, makeup room, kitchens, and lounge belong to one production from load-in to wrap.

Staffed weekdays. Extended access by booking.
Staffed hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Confirmed productions can arrange early, late, weekend, and overnight access.
How access works -
Gear and crew, same address.
Viva Camera rents cameras, lenses, lighting, and grip at 25% off for studio clients. Clients who need a complete production and crew are referred to Viva Media.

Tech scouts are free, appointment-based, and take about 30 minutes. Bring the DP, the producer, or whoever has to sign off on the room.
