A 2,000 sq ft stage with a 45 × 40 ft floor under 18 ft ceilings, inside a 4,500 sq ft private facility. Four Aputure Nova P300c lights, six C-Stands and ten sound blankets are included. One production per day.
What the stage is built for.
The 2,000 sq ft soundstage has a 45 × 40 ft floor, 18 ft ceilings and a lighting grid at 13.5 ft. We book one production per day. The truck-height dock is 4 ft above ground with an 8 × 10 ft door, and on-site parking is free.
Sound-treated, not soundproof. The 18 ft ceilings take most builds, not all of them. There is one stage, so a multi-stage shoot needs a bigger lot. Check production audio and set height at the free Tech Scout.

Bookings run $450 for 3 hours, $750 for 6 hours and $1,200 for a 12-hour day, before HST, and a truck-height dock with an 8 × 10 ft door handles load-in.

Built sets go on the open floor, and the pre-lit cyc is on the same stage for product and talent on white.

Build the interview or podcast set on the floor, with ten sound blankets included. This is a video set, not an audio recording studio.

Flats come in through the 8 × 10 ft dock door at truck height. The grid hangs at 13.5 ft under an 18 ft ceiling, so confirm set height at the Tech Scout.
