What comes with the studio.
Viva Studio Rentals is at 777 The Queensway in Etobicoke, Toronto. The studio has a 25 × 25 ft pre-lit white cyclorama, or cyc wall: a curved backdrop with no visible corner between the wall and floor.
The stage floor is 45 × 40 ft under an 18 ft ceiling, with the grid at 13.5 ft. Confirm the planned set footprint, stands, modifiers, and camera positions during a Tech Scout.
A hair and makeup room, green room and flex space are included. We book one production per day, with direct access to a studio and equipment manager. Additional cameras, lenses, lighting and grip are rented separately.

What is included in a Toronto photography studio rental?
Your booking includes full and undivided use of the 4,500 sq ft facility during your booked window, a 25 × 25 ft pre-lit white cyc, four Aputure Nova P300c lights, a hair and makeup room, a green room and direct access to a studio and equipment manager. We book one production per day. Additional equipment, overtime and cyc repaints are billed separately.

Fashion and editorial on the cyc
Use the pre-lit white cyc as your backdrop. A floor refresh is an optional $300 add-on before HST; confirm repaint timing when you book.

Portrait shoots
Bring your portrait lighting plan to a free 30-minute Tech Scout. Check the backdrop, camera position and any extra equipment you need before booking.

Build the lighting around the shot
Start with the four included Nova P300c lights, then add separately rented fixtures or modifiers when the shot calls for them. Review the setup and grid during the Tech Scout.

Hair and makeup room
The 200 sq ft hair and makeup room is included in your booking, along with a 200 sq ft green room and 1,000 sq ft of flex space.

Rates are shown before HST. No deposit is required to hold the date. Additional equipment, overtime, and cyc repaints are billed separately.
