What comes with the studio.

Viva Studio Rentals at 777 The Queensway is a movie, photography, and video production studio, not a recording studio. The stage is sound-treated, not soundproof. It can support video-first interviews and filmed podcasts when the production-audio requirements fit the room, which should be assessed during a tech scout.

The 45 × 40 ft floor takes a wide, singles on each chair, and a reaction camera. The grid hangs at 13.5 ft with four Aputure Nova P300c space-lights included, so the floor stays clear for cameras.

A 200 sq ft green room and a 200 sq ft hair and makeup room hold guests off set until they walk on camera-ready. One production receives exclusive use of the full 4,500 sq ft facility, with direct access to a studio and equipment manager.
