The Toronto production studio includes a 2,000 sq ft soundstage, a 25 × 25 ft pre-lit white cyc, a 200 sq ft green room, a 200 sq ft hair and makeup room, 1,000 sq ft of flex space, a truck-height loading dock, WiFi, and free parking. Viva Studio Rentals books one production per day, giving that production full and undivided use of the 4,500 sq ft facility during the booked window.
Confirm the Stage and Sound Conditions
A studio provides a fixed indoor setting for the production’s lighting, camera, set, and audio plan.
Viva’s stage is sound-treated, not soundproof. Run a practical test of dialogue or live audio before booking.
Confirm the Included and Optional Equipment
The base studio package includes four Aputure Nova P300c lights, six C-Stands, ten sound blankets, apple boxes, tables, and chairs.
Cameras, lenses, additional lighting, and grip are available separately through Viva Camera at a fixed 25% studio-client discount.
Support and Separate Services
The booking includes direct access to a studio and equipment manager. It does not include a production crew.
Clients who need a complete production and crew can be referred to Viva Media. Prepare audio and post-production separately.
