Viva Studio Rentals is a private film and photography facility in Etobicoke. It provides studio rental; complete production and crew are separate and can be referred to Viva Media.

1. Send a Booking Inquiry
Send the preferred date, intended use, crew size, schedule, load-in, and equipment needs so Viva Studio Rentals can check availability.
- Submit an inquiry with the project date, intended use, crew size, and equipment requirements. The studio team will follow up to discuss availability.
- Call Viva Studio Rentals at (437) 747-6030 or email booking@vivastudios.ca with booking questions.
2. Check Availability Early
Viva Studio Rentals books one production per day. Send preferred and alternate dates early enough to plan the studio, crew, and equipment.
- Plan ahead: Share the project dates and requirements before locking the crew or equipment. Availability is only confirmed by Viva Studio Rentals.
- Cancellations 7 or more days before the booking receive a full refund. Within 7 days, 50% is retained. A booking may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
3. Review the Published Rates
Studio pricing is based on booking length. Additional equipment and any separately arranged production services change the total.
- Published studio rates are $450 for the 3-hour minimum, $750 for 6 hours, and $1,200 for 12 hours. Additional Viva Camera equipment and cyc repainting are billed separately.
- The full-day booking has the lowest hourly rate. No deposit is required to hold a date, and studio clients receive 25% off separate Viva Camera rentals.
4. What the Studio Rental Includes
The booking includes exclusive use of the facility during the booked window, the included studio package, and direct access to a studio and equipment manager. Additional equipment and complete production services are separate.
- The 4,500 sq ft facility includes a 2,000 sq ft soundstage, a 25 × 25 ft pre-lit white cyc, a green room, a dedicated hair and makeup room, 1,000 sq ft of flex space, two kitchens, and a client lounge.
- Viva Studio Rentals does not provide an in-house video production team. Clients who need a complete production and crew can be referred to Viva Media.
- Viva Studio Rentals is available for photography, but the production brings its own photographer and crew.
