Dedicated Facility Use
During the booked window, the production may use the stage, cyc, support rooms, kitchens, client lounge, flex space, and load-in route.
No other production shares the facility during the booked window.
Manager Access and Separate Services
The booking includes direct access to a studio and equipment manager.
The base studio package includes four Aputure Nova P300c lights, six C-Stands, 10 sound blankets, apple boxes, tables, and chairs. A production crew and additional equipment are separate from the studio booking.
Planning the Stage Around the Production
Double-check set builds, cyc repainting, access, and restoration requirements before booking.
Viva has a 25 × 25 ft pre-lit white cyc. A $300 floor refresh or $1,000 full colour repaint, including chroma key green, may be added before HST; confirm timing with the studio.
Test Dialogue and Live Audio
One-production use does not change the room acoustics. The stage is sound-treated, not soundproof. Run a practical test of the planned microphones and room conditions before booking.
The studio gallery shows the room layout. Plan blanket placement, then bring the required audio crew and equipment.
Booked-Window Access Requirements
Confirmed bookings can arrange early, late, weekend, or overnight access. Double-check the exact access window before issuing the call sheet.
Production liability insurance is required for every booking.

Use of Support Rooms and Facility Areas
Assign each facility area to a production use and confirm any access required outside the purchased booking window.
Cameras, lenses, additional lighting, and grip are separate Viva Camera rentals at the fixed 25% studio-client discount. Assign optional rentals and pickup responsibilities before the production date.
